to somebody older,

or somebody you don’t know well,

“sayonara”

「さようなら」

in our standard Japanese.

good_bye

we say,

“jah ne”

「じゃあね!」

or just

“bye bye”

「ばいばーい」

people say

“hona sainara”

「ほなさいなら」

or just

“hona”

「ほな」
